〔記者邱灝唐／台南報導〕國民黨台南市議員洪玉鳳和蔡淑惠今日在議會，質詢市府官員騎樓整齊線的顏色。洪強調，國民黨的代表色是藍色，為何要畫綠色傷感情；蔡則說，既然於法無據就可以任意改變顏色?

洪玉鳳先問交通局長林炎成，台南騎樓近來出現一條綠色線有何用?林回應，那一條是騎樓整平計畫所畫設的整齊線，目的在留給行人150公分的空間通行，用綠色比較好標示。

對於綠色整齊線，洪不滿地說，畫線通常都是白色，為何改成綠色，許多基層員警或民眾都不清楚那條整齊線的用處，而且國民黨代表色是藍色，畫綠色線傷感情；另外，洪也指出，由於騎樓在法令上禁止停車，但畫下一條整齊線好像又可以停，是否有些自相矛盾，要求警察局長黃宗仁統計有多少民眾因此被開紅單。

蔡淑惠也接著問工務局長蘇金安，是否只要維持騎樓暢通就可，顏色不重要；但蘇回應「線是交通局畫的」；林炎成則說，綠色標線已行之有年。最後，蔡詢問如果自行將線改成藍色會不會觸犯法令?不等林回應，蔡就說，「沒有法源依據，應該可以，局長請坐。」
